Megan & Alex : Country Stawberry Charm, Styled Engagment

Megan & Alex have a favorite pastime of vising a local strawberry farm on the weekends, so it only seemed right that we do their engagement session there as well! Both born and raised in Central Florida, and Megan having grown up in the country, it seemed even more fitting that they have a country style to their session. They really got into their idea, bringing along a banjo (its Megan’s Dad’s!), a vintage bicycle and an old quilt. Plus, having awesome props at the location like a retro truck, a tire swing, and a tractor definitely helped :) These two totally rocked out their session and were an amazing couple to shoot. For two people who told me they aren’t photogenic, I would say that is 100% NOT TRUE.  It is always so wonderful to see a couple so in love and so excited about their future. I am so happy that this couple have become good friends of mine and my husband’s, they are so much fun to be around. See all of the little paw prints on the banjo? Megan stuck those on there when she was a child for her Dad. I loved this personal touch.

When we arrive we were (well, I was) thrilled to find this vintage truck on the property. The owner let us do whatever we wanted with it. I love friendly people :)
