Sunday was an awesome day. Ariel & Eric’s engagement shoot has become my absolutely favorite shoot, probably ever. I was beaming as I left the shoot, and couldn’t wait to get home and upload the photos. Ariel & I had an idea for a vintage engagement shoot, themed around a picnic, since that is how Eric proposed to her. I have decided that if I am able, that I want EVERY one of my engagement shoots to be themed in some way. This was one of the most amazing photography experiences for me, just being able to focus on these two in one spot. Their props and clothes filled the shoot instead of different backgrounds. Ariel & Eric were perfect for this, and since I haven’t done a themed shoot before, they really let me pose and style them. Something I never really do! But I am beyond thrilled with the results, and I cannot wait to do something like this again in the future. So 2010 brides, if you like this shoot, start thinking of what you’d like for your engagement session! I would be more than happy to brainstorm ideas with you to make this happen. It was a blast!

I know!! Just like The Little Mermaid. I seriously couldn’t believe it :) It was always my favorite Disney movie as a kid! And thank you :) I had soooo much fun with them. They were amazing to photograph!
